Massage Therapy

Stress and tension accumulate in the body, resulting in a permanent state of contraction of some of our muscle groups. This is a constant drain on our energy and can pull our skeletal system out of alignment, resulting in tiredness, aches and pains and reduced efficiency.
Massage therapy releases this tension, bringing about deep relaxation and healing and enabling the proper flow of blood and lymph around the body.

Reiki is a form of hands on healing, rebalancing the client and synchronising with the Earth s energetic frequency. I practise Usui and Karuna Reiki and also attune people to both of these when asked to do so.

Taoist Cosmic Healing

Cosmic healing may be practised with the individual or in a group. It is a form of energy healing utilising the energies of the natural world and planets to harmonise, cleanse and balance the client's own energies.
Each healing is also a tuition session, enabling the client to continue to practice at home.
